"Seventeen" is a South Korean boy band under Pledis Entertainment that debuted in 2015. The group currently consists of thirteen members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino.
Samuel Kim Arredondo, also known as Samuel, was a trainee under Pledis Entertainment and was set to debut with Seventeen. However, he left the company in 2017 and debuted as a solo artist under Brave Entertainment.
In 2015, Seventeen released their debut mini-album "17 Carat," which featured the songs "Adore U" and "Mansae." The group received a lot of attention for their unique concept of having a large number of members and self-producing their music.
Since their debut, Seventeen has released several mini-albums and full-length albums, including "Love & Letter," "Going Seventeen," and "An Ode." They have won numerous awards and have become one of the most popular boy groups in Korea and internationally.
